Ryan A. Hamilton, Esq.
Ryan Hamilton is originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, a town known as “the crossroads of America.” He earned his B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University and his Law Degree from Indiana University – Indianapolis. After law school, Ryan practiced law for a prestigious law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. There, Ryan worked as part of a team that served as national counsel to the world’s largest orthopedic implant company. That experience allowed Ryan to hone his skills as a litigator.
In 2009, Ryan moved to Nevada to be closer to his family. He then started Hamilton Law, and the firm has been growing fast ever since.
Ryan focuses his practice in personal injury, medical device litigation, and lawsuits against Narconon.
Ryan loves the Beatles, IU Basketball, and the Indianapolis Colts (yes, it’s been a tough year for him to watch football). He also participates in Best Buddies Nevada, an organization that assists individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Sarah I. Perez, Esq.
Sarah I. Perez is an associate with the firm whose practice emphasizes on immigration law. She represents individuals in every aspect of immigration law including family petitions, naturalization, and removal defense.
Ms. Perez was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2012. She is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Nevada.
Ms. Perez is committed to working with the immigrant community and represents clients in every aspect of immigration law. As a way of giving back to her community, Ms. Perez continuously handles pro bono cases, and has donated her time and special skills to representing mothers and children being held by immigration officials in Artesia, NM.
Recently, Ms. Perez was recognized by the American Immigration Lawyers Association as a pro bono hero as a result of her hard work in Artesia, NM. She has also been featured in Fox News Latino and Clark County Bar Association’s Communiqué Magazine talking about her time helping women and children in family detention.
Ms. Perez is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, in 2011. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 2008 from Regis University.
Ms. Perez was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in New York city, and is currently residing in Las Vegas, NV. She is a native Spanish speaker. She enjoys discovering new and exciting places to eat, dancing, and traveling.
